Corn Chowder
* 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
* 3 tablespoons flour dissolved in 6 tablespoons water
* 1 cup vegetable stock
* 2 cups milk
* 1 slice of onion - minced
* 1/4 cup red peppers - chopped
* 1/2 cup corn - you can use a little more if you want
salt and pepper to taste
dash of cayenne or Tabasco
olive oil
Saute onion, corn, and red peppers in pan with a little olive oil. In pot, melt butter and add flour/ water mixture, stock and milk and bring to boil, then simmer 10 minutes. Season to taste. Enjoy.
